#11 of the Top 20 Artery Cleansing Foods – Persimmons
Forget the old ‘an apple a day’ adage—it seems eating a daily persimmon is a better way to keep the doctor away. Research shows the polyphenols found in this fruit (which has twice as much fiber and more antioxidants than an apple) can help decrease levels of LDL cholesterol and triglycerides.

Easily mistaken for underripe tomatoes, these round, orangy-red fruits are popular the world over. Depending on the variety, persimmons can have smooth, custard-like flesh that tastes of banana and mango, or firmer flesh with notes of apricots and a mellow sweetness. You can eat persimmons out of hand or add them to sweet dishes such as puddings, breads, cookies, and ice cream. They’re also delicious in savory preparations like salsas and relishes, in salads, or sautéed as a side dish for roasted pork or lamb. So the next time you see them in the produce aisle, bring home a few and get a taste of what you’ve been missing.

We are enjoying your veggies so much, they are the best! I would like to go ahead and order 1 or 2 of each flavor again. Thank you again for the best cultured vegetables in the world!Heather
I recently had a Nutritional Counseling appointment with Denise. I basically needed some reassurance that I was doing ‘everything’ ok. Sometimes when we are not perfect with our daily consumption of food and supplements we think we are not making a difference. I explained my personal situation with her and she reassured me that I was doing a great job. Denise also provided me with some great advice that will help benefit my overall health both now and the future.Paulette K

Lou S.Thank you for the presentation you gave for our ladies meeting. It was informative, practical and eye-opening! You know the ladies received the message by the good questions they asked and the fact that they lingered to talk with you afterward. You are appreciated and gifted.
