New Years eve usually means parties and merry drinking time. More and more people prefer staying in for house parties than venturing out in the chaotic restaurant and club scene. The Holidays are in full swing and we wanted to touch on a few things to consider in order to stay healthy, manage stress and live to see the other side without a bigger pile of bills than the gift pile. I recently had a Nutritional Counseling appointment with Denise. I basically needed some reassurance that I was doing ‘everything’ ok. Sometimes when we are not perfect with our daily consumption of food and supplements we think we are not making a difference. I explained my personal situation with her and she reassured me that I was doing a great job. Denise also provided me with some great advice that will help benefit my overall health both now and the future.Paulette K
