Everyone who attended the presentation ‘8 Ways to Eat Health During the Holidays’ was entered into the drawing for a free box of food donated by Earth Fare, Rock Hill, SC.
Those who attended had great questions and there was much interaction regarding the extra challenges to stay healthy during the holidays. One of the topics we discussed was SALT…… and the difference between table salt and sea salt.
