I have been asked several times how I prepare spaghetti squash. You can use this in place of pasta in many dishes. Yum!
Here are the Preparation Directions:Begin by reheating the oven to 400°F
1) Cut Squash in half and with a spoon, scrape out seeds and stringy substance in the middle.
2) Put 1/2 inch filtered water in a baking dish and put both squash halves face down in water.
3) Cover and bake for approx 40-50 minutes at 400 degrees.
4) When the “meat” inside is soft (not mush) remove from oven. Scrape out with a fork, it will be “spaghetti” type consistency.
