Avocados are extremely nutritious and a delicious way to add good fat to your menu. There are many recipes and ways to enjoy avocados, but Guacamole is one of my favorites. It’s very easy to make and it tastes great on anything from chips to a topping for baked chicken or fish! I hope you enjoy my version.
Cut the avocados in half, remove pit, spoon out avocado meat in a bowl. Chop up with knife or a fork. I love chunky guacamole, so I chop in chunks, but you can chop or mash yours as you like it. Add chopped avocados in big mixing bowl
Serve with organic corn chips or with chopped veggies or spoon over a salad. Yum!
