Oatmeal Smoothie

This is a fast smoothie with a deep pink color and a rich, creamy texture. VERY filling, and perfect for people in a rush in the morning. You don’t have to give up a good breakfast when it’s this fast to make! YUM It Up!!
· 1 cup ice
· 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
· 1/2 cup organic plain low fat yogurt
· 1 banana
· 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
· 1 tablespoon honey
· 1 cup coconut water (or other liquid, such as juice)
Place ice and raspberries in the bottom of blender
Add all other ingredients on top.
Whir until completely smooth. Serve.
