Raspberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Mornings can be hectic with everyone rushing to get where they have to be for the day. Whether it’s school, work or any activity, it’s important to begin the day with a healthy low fat, high protein diet. But, who has the time to cook in the middle of all the chaos? This recipe can be tweaked in ways only limited to your imagination! Swap the raspberries with strawberries or black berries
rasp oatmeal smoothie - 1· 1 cup ice
· 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (freeze them the night before)
· 1/2 cup organic plain low fat yogurt
· 1 banana
· 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
· 1 tablespoon raw honey
· 1 cup coconut water (or other liquid, such as juice or pure water)


• Put ice and frozen raspberries in the bottom of blender
• Add the rest of the ingredients.
• Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
• Pour into travel cup or mug with a straw and enjoy!
