When I think of tomatoes, I think of hot summer afternoons, sitting outside our home, eating drippy tomato sandwiches. They were simple to make: bread, mayonnaise and slices of juicy ripe summer tomatoes! All we knew was how yummy they tasted, we had no clue how healthy they were. Interesting how time changes your perspective […]
Cinco de Mayo is a celebration held on May 5 commemorating the Mexican army’s surprising victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. Interestingly, Cinco de Mayo is not as big of a celebration in Mexico, as it is in the United States and other locations around the world. It […]
Who knew that the secret to everything from disease prevention to glowing, healthy skin could be found in the world’s most popular fruit? Lou S.Thank you for the presentation you gave for our ladies meeting. It was informative, practical and eye-opening! You know the ladies received the message by the good questions they asked and the fact that they lingered to talk with you afterward. You are appreciated and gifted.
I recently had a Nutritional Counseling appointment with Denise. I basically needed some reassurance that I was doing ‘everything’ ok. Sometimes when we are not perfect with our daily consumption of food and supplements we think we are not making a difference. I explained my personal situation with her and she reassured me that I was doing a great job. Denise also provided me with some great advice that will help benefit my overall health both now and the future.Paulette K
